 Mix in 3–6 cubic feet per 100 sq. ft. (roughly 10–20% by volume) to improve structure and water-holding.

Potted Plants & Greenhouses
 Add 10–20% to your potting mix. You’ll notice stronger growth and less drying between waterings.

Lawns & Turf
 Top-dress lightly (about ⅛" is plenty), rake it in, and water. Great for lawn renovations or drought-prone areas.

Trees & Shrubs
 Blend about 20% with your planting backfill. It reduces transplant shock and encourages root establishment.

Compost Piles & Erosion Areas
 Mix in during composting or apply to erosion-prone zones to stabilize and activate.

Farms & Landscapes
 Apply 10–30 yards per acre. We recommend aiming for 3–5% of soil volume for meaningful results.
